Yes, Livegrid is primarily a plug-and-play device and you can do all the basic things using the 2 touch buttons on the device.

It’s not essential. Livegrid is primarily a plug and play product which requires zero operation and connectivity.
However if you are itching to customise it and try other things with it, just follow the steps in the quickstart guide and you will be in. -
Using internal sensor - SCD40. It’s a percise andhigh quality sensor often used in lab-grade equipments.
The data stays in the device and is not sent to any ‘servers’. -

No, but you can easily plug a standard USB power bank, just make sure it can output 5V 3A(15 Watts). A 10,000mAh power bank will run the panel for almost 25-50 hours depending on the brightness and operations. We are working on adding a compartment in the back where you can place the battry securely.

Shipping and Returns

All Livegrids are assembled by hand in London, UK by a very small team. We try our best to ship within 2 days but can sometimes take upto 5 days, especially with the framed version.

Send an email to contact@livegrid.tech and we’ll help you return it using your original box within 30 days of purchase.
Due to high international shipping costs, international returns are only available if there is a defect in the device.

Livegrid ships from the UK to select countries - you will find the shipping cost at checkout.
International deliveries will be sent duty unpaid. This means that if you are ordering outside the UK, you may owe duty, VAT, or other taxes, based on your local regulations.
